John Houston has been selling real estate for over 30 years. He started his career in San Francisco and specialized in representing buyers and sellers from all walks of life. He discovered his passion for creating quality homes while still selling real estate in 2004 and began remodeling homes for profit (Flipping). He purchased a number of “fixers” and with his creative input on floor plans, interior, and exterior finishes, his remodeled homes were sold for a substantial profit. John has been a property owner in Los Angeles and Palm Springs since 1997 and is familiar with the different cities and neighborhoods.
He is an experienced negotiator, highly organized, detail-oriented, and “thinks out of the box”. His friends and family have characterized him as a perfectionist. These are great characteristics for a successful real estate transaction.

John’s career in real estate spans over 30 years. Since 1988, John has worked through the S&L crisis in 1989, the dot.com boom in San Francisco in the ’90s and made it through the 2008 real estate meltdown.
