John Houston is everything a buyer or seller could want in a real estate agent. Hands down, I could not have been more impressed by his expertise and professionalism. When I contacted him to sell a complicated listing and left a message, he called me back on his vacation and said we could talk more in a couple of days. When we did talk, I told him what I wanted, he had a buyer in one day with an offer more than I asked. He stayed on top of every step, doing what I wanted, and explained the complexities of the transaction so I was always informed.
